Order Acceptance Policy
MAHIA TECH retains the right to supply less than the amount ordered of any item at any time after receipt of your order without previous notification to you. Before delivery, all purchases will be thoroughly investigated in line with MAHIA TECH’s Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department’s policies. Before accepting and completing an order, MAHIA TECH may request further information and/or verification.
Stock
MAHIA TECH takes every effort to keep correct stock information, but it is not responsible for inventory accuracy. In the case that a product is not available, MAHIA TECH has the right to refund a customer’s full purchase price in lieu of timely delivery of products.
Backorders
Out-of-stock products will be accepted by MAHIA TECH. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and delivered to you as soon as it becomes available. You won’t be charged until the item you ordered, is delivered. If the price of the back-ordered item has increased, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new price or cancel your purchase. You will not be informed if the price of the back-ordered item has been reduced, and you will only be charged the price of the item on the day it is sent. The whole shipping expenses are included with the first shipment for purchases with back-ordered products. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Prior to shipment, a backorder can be canceled.
Shipping Policy
For normal freight, shipping costs begin at $9.00 (ground). Additional shipping charges apply to shipments that exceed the normal weight/dimensions or those go to distant locations. If your order requires additional shipping charges, a representative will contact you to explain the expenses. If the client and/or MAHIA TECH do not agree to the additional delivery charges, the order may be canceled.
Any shipment that is denied or undeliverable due to no fault of MAHIA TECH or the courier will be charged an extra $75.00 to your credit card. MAHIA TECH retains the right to conduct a shipment review.SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
